Delivery and Returns
Your orders of PDF patterns will be delivered to you directly after purchase, through a direct link and through an email. If you have any issues or questions use the Contact Page or email email@example.com. Please make sure to check your Junk or Spam folders for the email before contacting.
We do not accept returns for digital downloads due to the nature of the product. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact me and we can discuss options. I do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If after purchase you are not happy and we are unable to come to an acceptable solution, I will offer a refund of purchase.
For physical items that will occasional appear in the Casey's Curio shop (i.e. original paintings and completed cross stitches) shipping times will depend on your location. I aim to send orders within 2 days, but this may be up to 5. I will email you when the shipment is sent and provide tracking and delivery confirmation where available.
Should you not be 100% happy with your physical item, please let me know and I will arrange a full refund, including the postage both ways, once the item is returned to me. To request a return, please phone me UK 07506 584 357 or send me an email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will gladly arrange everything.
